Atty. Macario M. De Villa, Division Chief of the Risk Management and Quality Assurance Division turn-over the laptop to MSSD-BARMM Office Minister Raissa H. Jajurie

Cotabato City – The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) National Program Management Office Technical Team visits MSSD-BARMM to turn-over 29 laptops for the use of the 4Ps Technical Staff of 4Ps last February 24-25, 2022.

The 4Ps NPMO Team is headed by Atty. Macario M. De Villa, Division Chief of the Risk Management and Quality Assurance Division; together with Khristina U. Umali, Chief of Institutional Partnership Division;  Ofelia Escauriaga, Chief of Social Marketing Division; Ronald E. Castro, Chief of Social Services Delivery and Management Division; Alnair Isauro V. Espinosa, OIC-Chief of Beneficiary Data Management Division (BDMD); Julius Alfie De Mesa, Computer Maintenance Technologist II, of Administrative Services Division; Marry Ann T. Dealo, Training Specialist IV of the Capability Development Division; and Chermaine Davasol, Project Development Officer III. The 4Ps NPMO Team meets with the MSSD-BARMM Office officials headed by Minister Raissa H. Jajurie, and 4Ps MSSD-BARMM Program Coordinator Muntazar Mukarram, where a consultation meeting immediately commenced.

The meeting concluded to be a very productive activity as several operational issues and concerns raised by the MSSD-BARMM Team were provided with immediate responses and agreements for follow-thru actions by both parties for resolution.

Highlights of these are on the conversion of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Positions to Contractual Status; liquidation and downloading of subsequent funds; return of the 220M to the Bureau of Treasury intended for 4Ps beneficiaries who are now delisted; Gratuity Pay for BARMM workers; request for additional equipment; SWDI Administration in BARMM; staff for New Areas transferred to BARMM; and issues on grants and EMV Cards Distribution; Pugay Tagumpay and endorsement of exiting beneficiaries to LGUs; and ECMS, Purple Tagging and Exit Procedure.

After the meeting with the Minister, a simple ceremonial turn-over of the twenty nine (29) laptops followed at the lobby of the Ministry. Several laptops were also opened and tested to ensure they were working properly. Thereafter, the equipment were turned over to the property officer of MSSD for

4Ps NPMO staff together with the MSSD-BARMM

processing of identification. After which, the different representatives from NPMO Divisions had a TA

and consultation with their respective counterparts.

With the easing up of the COVID-19 health restrictions, the 4Ps NPMO is expected to provide TA consultations to all Field Offices (FOs) to ensure proper program implementation on the ground and also gather feedback on important issues and concerns raised by the FOs. #
