Mariwelda Sabillano shares her first-time experience of seeing a large number of people queuing their health center and relates this positive development to the 4Ps.Manay, Davao Oriental -- Parents crowd the narrow receiving area; mothers patiently wait with their children, and pregnant women line up for their prenatal care. “Definitely a sight to see”, exclaimed Mariwelda Sabilliano, a Barangay Health Worker (BHW) stationed at the health center of barangay Central. “In all my 31 years as BHW in this barangay, this is my first time to see this many people availing health services in our center,” declared Mariwelda. She attributed the surprising developments to DSWD’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps.
