 President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo witnessed the signing of Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of Social Welfare and Development and 22 local government units in Dapitan City. The MoA signing was for the expansion of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga del Norte.
DSWD Secretary Esperanza Cabral, mayors and governors from the two provinces signed the MoA during the celebration of Zamboanga del Norte’s 57th founding anniversary where the President was the guest of honor.
